Using coconut oil, which is healthier, we don't use flour, and we use a special draining technique that yields very dry and crunchy fried shallots. For ingredients, we use Kating Garlic that has a strong taste and aroma, and Sumenep Shallot that can only be found in Cirebon, West Java.
