The products have been sold in more than ten modern retail markets in Indonesia, have been exported to Australia, Taiwan, Macau, and the USA, and have been used in Indonesian restaurants in Sydney, also have been used as condiments in Black Garlic Arirang Noodle from one of the instant noodle factories in Indonesia. Using coconut oil, which is healthier, we don't use flour, and we use a special draining technique that yields very dry and crunchy fried shallots. For ingredients, we use Kating Garlic that has a strong taste and aroma, and Sumenep Shallot that can only be found in Cirebon, West Java.
