Tatawou is an MSME that transforms nutmeg fruit flesh into value-added food products. Established in March 2020, Tatawou was founded to maximize the use of nutmeg flesh, previously underutilized. Its flagship products include Candied Nutmeg, Nutmeg Juice, and Nutmeg Syrup, made from selected nutmeg through hygienic processes without artificial colorings while preserving the fruit’s authentic flavor. All products are Halal-certified, and Candied Nutmeg has obtained an MD distribution permit from BPOM Indonesia, ensuring quality and food safety. Tatawou empowers local farmers, reduces agricultural waste, and promotes Indonesian nutmeg in domestic and international markets.
