Mie Sagu

Pauwbili has been growing since 2019, established by the indigenous people of Papua to empower the natural resources of Sorong Regency. Some of Pauwbili’s flagship products include sago noodles, ginger herbal drink (wedang jahe), and soursop dodol. The sago noodles are made from pure sago flour, with a larger size and a more transparent appearance. The ginger drink is crafted with a blend of 13 selected spices and offers numerous health benefits. The soursop dodol combines traditional flavors with the unique taste of Papua’s local soursop, resulting in a chewy texture produced through a hygienic process.
