Adley's Kitchen was established in 2020, inspired by the fact that Adley—the child of the business owner—disliked eating fish and motivated to making fish process products that are delicious, high-quality, healthy, safe, and hygienically produced. The initial product lineup featured Tuna-based Meatballs, Nuggets, and Samosas. Subsequently, Dapur Adley began producing Tuna Amplang (Tuna Fish Crackers); this product is unique to Bitung City and has become a popular souvenir choice for visitors to the area.
