If previously we have often processed squid eggs into various types of products, then we innovate by processing squid eggs into new products in the form of curly squid ampiang and kericu. We make the curly squid ampiang and kericu with different models so that our products have characteristics and interesting products, but the materials used to make the curly squid ampiang and kericu use the same materials only in different shapes. In the production process of ampiang cumi keriting and kericu in a day we can produce approximately 35 kilograms of products. During this production process, there are times when the raw material of squid eggs is difficult to obtain, this is due to weather and seasonal factors so that fishermen find it difficult to get it. Our UMKM 2B business, thank God, has participated in many national events, because of this our products are widely known to the public and have guaranteed good taste and quality.
