Ampyang Jawa

Ampyang Jawa is a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) in the creative economy sector, located in the tourist area of Karanganyar Regency. Its main products include Ampyang (peanut brittle with ginger extract) — made with more peanuts than sugar, gentle on the teeth, and considered tastier when the number of peanuts used is odd — and Sambel Pecel Cap Jawa (Javanese peanut sauce), which is processed hygienically, dry-roasted without oil, ground manually without machines, and made without preservatives. Ampyang Jawa is distributed throughout Indonesia, including in modern retail chains such as Alfamart and Indomaret, and is also exported to countries like South Korea, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Macau, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
