Bagers

Indonesian Snacks Sulawesi Tenggara
Bagea is a traditional dish from Southeast Sulawesi. Bagers (crispy bagea) were rarely created for market sale in the early 2000s, only for personal consumption. In 2018, I opened a coffee shop (namely Kedai neng) for snacks/bagea, etc. I learned more about and the history of bagea tolaki, it became clear that it has great market potential, because the bagea cake is good for health, and retains its originality. This advantage or value added is to expand marketing by exporting products.
