The idea for Banana Crunch Bangzay first came from the desire to utilize the Rojo Awak banana variety which is generally only used as waste and animal feed. Growing wild makes the Rojo Awak banana type organic without genetic engineering. Banana Crunch from Rojo Awak bananas is a public favorite because of its sweet and crunchy taste. As a companion, BangZay also innovates to make Crunch from various other fruits and vegetables. Currently, BangZay has 7 variants, namely Banana Crunch, Salacca Crunch, Mango Crunch, Mushroom Crunch, Jackfruit Crunch, Broccoli Crunch and Apple Crunch.
