Doyami was established in December 2023. Its moringa noodles were originally created in response to high stunting rates in Palembang; the company innovated by producing healthy noodles using moringa and mocaf flour as key ingredients. Doyami supplied these moringa noodles weekly to local community health centers (Puskesmas) and integrated health posts (Posyandu) for children suffering from stunting. The company empowers housewives in the Jakabaring District by involving them in every stage of the process—from cultivating the plants to processing and manufacturing the final product—thereby helping to support their family economies. Doyami aims to produce goods that offer not only tangible value but also significant health benefits.
