Ke'ite Kaur Crackers are crackers made from octopus. The name Ke'ite comes from the regional language of Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province, which means octopus. The initial presence of Ke'ite Kaur Crackers was due to seeing the main commodity of Kaur District, Bengkulu Province, namely octopus. Most of the octopus is only dried so it is not used to make a product. So we innovated Octopus into Crackers so that it can be enjoyed practically. Ke'ite Kaur crackers also contain a lot of magnesium and phosphorus which are good for brain development and nutrition for pregnant mothers.
