KUB Ulukarua produces West Sulawesi's traditional woven cloth "Sekomandi". “Seko” means “A group of families” and “Mandi” means “Strong”, so that “Sekomandi” can be interpreted as a group of families that cannot be separated or a strong kinship within a village. The cloth comes from Lebani Hamlet, Karataun Village, Kec. Kalumpang, Kab. Mamuju, West Sulawesi was created by involving the local community. This is one of the efforts to reach the Sekomandi Cloth. Some of the products produced by KUB Ulukarua include woven fabrics, traditional clothes, scarves and bags.
