In 2016, I started learning to make healthy noodles for our own consumption, because my children like very much. Then I decided to open a restaurant, and it went so well. After the earthquake happened in Ambon, and covid after that, my restaurant business was not running well. Then I started selling noodles within friends. When I took part in socialization activities and there was the provincial government department, they saw the uniqueness of my product via zoom. And asked me to have IKM permits, so I can sell my products in the local and national supermarkets in Ambon finally.
