Cocoa Nibs - an organic superfood from Minang Kakao - is a modern super-healthy food made from 100% pure cocoa beans that have been roasted at 130 degrees Celsius (which ensures the beans are free from all bacteria and germs that may have been introduced during the farming process), and then carefully separated from the seed coat, creating a crunchy and incredibly healthy treat.
