Pempek Nabil was founded by Widyawati in 2015. Widyawati chose Pempek because she comes from Palembang. Initially because she saw a huge business opportunity and there were still very few pempek found in Medan at that time. As time went by, Pempek Nabil began to be known by many people and she began to develop products and distribute them throughout Indonesia and even Malaysia. The product development empowers housewives around the production house and trains students who have just completed their education to work in the production of Pempek Nabil.
