Founded by Muhammad Azwar, Passla cultivates Arabica coffee in Tanah Karo, Lake Toba, and Gayo using sustainable practices. It processes coffee with methods like washed, natural, honey, anaerobic, and yeast fermentation, and offers green beans, roasted beans, and ready-to-drink products. With a slow-luxury concept and farmer-driven stories, Passla also runs a Coffee Bar in Medan, a barista school, and agrotourism programs. It is a Bank Indonesia-supported MSME.
