Rumah Jambe-e is a start-up business that was formed from our concern about environmental problems, especially those caused by single-use plastic and Styrofoam plate waste. Plastic and Styrofoam waste is very difficult to decompose, it can take hundreds of years for this waste to merge with nature. Another negative impact resulting from the use of disposable plastic and Styrofoam plates is that the content of carcinogenic compounds (styrene) contained in these plates can migrate to the food served.
