BAJU KURUNG BASIBA

Sulaman Eky Kreasi was established in 2015 in the South Solok regency. We train housewives in embroidery to help them increase their family's income. The products we produce include fabric for traditional Melayu dresses ('baju kurung'), 'selendang koto gadang' (a type of traditional scarf), 'selendang karancang' (another type of traditional scarf), Minang wedding dresses, and songket (a traditional handwoven fabric). Our embroidery work is very exquisite, using the finest textile materials and genuine gold threads. The motifs displayed are our own original designs, which have been certified by the Intellectual Property Office.
