SALEKAN ikan salai podeh is a ready-to-eat side dish made from small natural river fish about 5-7 cm long that has gone through a smoking process before being fried and given balado seasoning. Established since 2015 with the brand BLADO SNACK, it began with the desire to present typical souvenirs from Kampar Regency with a modern taste and better quality than existing products. We produce traditional ready-to-eat packaged foods sourced from local raw materials such as smoked fish and cassava. The leading product is Ikan Salal Podeh and the penetration products are Keripik Singkong Panggang and Kentang Balado. We employ mothers who are experiencing economic difficulties and widows from the community around the business location. Currently, Blado Snack has been rebranded as SALEKAN
